Apple leading in the tablet computer market

Since in April 2010 Apple launched iPad, the company has shipped 7.5 million of this device. During the recent quarter Apple sold 4.19 million iPads, and 3.27 million iPads in the quarter before. It makes Apple the largest player in the tablet computer market.
