After more than a year of negotiations, New York City is able to take control of Governors Island and convert a big part of the former military outpost into a public park. Last month, New York City reached a similar agreement with the state to take over Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Here it is – July 4, the 185th day of the year in the Gregorian calendar. This Independence Day will be very busy for us – we just started working on few new excited projects! Of course, it doesn’t mean we wont enjoy New York City’s fireworks!
